Most homeowners don’t know where governance questions go. The board controls the agenda. There is no neutral party inside the association. CEPOAWatch exists outside that structure. If you have a question and don’t know where to take it, start here.

A board decision isn’t always the end of the conversation. Colorado law gives homeowners the right to inspect records, attend meetings, comment on rule changes, and petition for a special meeting. Most boards count on homeowners not knowing that. CEPOAWatch covers your rights and documents the record so you know exactly what tools you have.
